Progress & sync
How do I keep my progress on a new iPhone or iPad?
Playburst saves to your iCloud automatically. Sign in with the same Apple ID on the new device, make sure iCloud is on for Playburst (Settings › [your name] › iCloud), then open the app. Your progress, coins and collection come across.
Do I need an account?
No. There's no Playburst account and no sign-up. Your Apple ID handles sync, purchases and Game Center.
My progress is different on two devices.
Open Playburst on both devices while online. Playburst merges them and keeps the higher level, best scores and best streak, plus everything you've collected on either device.
Purchases & VIP
I bought gems but didn't get them.
Gems are delivered once Apple confirms the payment. Make sure you're online, then close and reopen Playburst. Purchases that were interrupted are delivered at the next launch. If they still don't arrive, email us with the date of purchase.
How do I restore VIP on a new device?
Open the Shop and tap Restore Purchases at the bottom.
How do I cancel VIP?
Go to Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › Playburst VIP › Cancel Subscription. You keep VIP until the end of the period you've paid for.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and choose the purchase.
Can I buy chests?
No, and that's on purpose. Chests are only earned by playing: by leveling up, keeping streaks, finishing missions, and through events and the season track. Nothing random is ever sold in Playburst.
Game Center
My scores don't show on the leaderboards.
Check that you're signed in to Game Center in Settings › Game Center. Playburst sends your best scores, level, Brain Score and achievements as soon as you sign in, including progress from before.
Gameplay
What is the Brain Score?
A 0–1000 rating for each skill (memory, focus, logic, math and word) that moves up as you play brain games well. Your overall Brain Score is the average. It's a fun way to track practice, not a medical or IQ measure.
How do I turn off sounds or vibration?
Tap your avatar at the top left to open your profile, then use the Sound effects and Haptics switches.
