Do I need an account?

No. Reelsmith works without any sign-up or login.

Will my exports have a watermark?

Never. Every export, at every resolution, is clean.

How do I get my projects on my iPad too?

Turn on iCloud Drive on both devices. Reelsmith syncs projects through your own iCloud account. If the same project is edited on two devices at once, Reelsmith asks which version to keep, or keeps both.

Auto captions or Smart Cut aren't working.

Both use Apple's speech recognition. Check that Speech Recognition is allowed for Reelsmith in Settings > Privacy & Security > Speech Recognition, and that the clip has clear speech.

I can't add videos or save my export.

Allow Photos access for Reelsmith in Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos. For 4K exports, make sure there is enough free storage on your device.

How do I import my own LUT?

Open the Filter tool and tap "Import .cube" under LUTs, then choose a .cube file from Files.

Is my content uploaded anywhere?

No. Editing happens on your device. See the privacy policy for details.
